Regus Parque el Poblado was conceptualized based on the premise that business success is based on the effectiveness of its people. It was conceptualized and designed under global standards set by our client IWG plc holding group made up by different companies with flexible workspaces around the world. We structured a set of elements that allowed for great results in the Look & Feel of an architectural preservation building intervined in the city of Medellin. This project was developed in an area of 1.068 Mt2 and with a capacity of 180 workstations, coffee stations, terrace, meeting rooms furnished with the latest technology, furniture development and specialized carpentry.
